You can earn certification through the Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service’s course – Wastewater Collection (WWW103). Participants will gain knowledge of the system overview of wastewater. They will learn what is involved in the wastewater operator certification program and the collection system design. Instructors will show examples of lift stations, sewer maintenance and operations, industrial waste monitoring and collection system management.
NOTE: Law Enforcement Officers please remember to provide us your PID number so we can ensure that you get TCLEOSE credit.
Upon successful completion of this course, you will be issued 20 hours of training credit toward wastewater operator licensing by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ). TEEX is also authorized by the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) to offer 2.0 CEUs for this program.
