Course Description
ENV247 - Storm Water Industrial Activities Qualified Personnel Training - 6.00 Hours
Prerequisites
None.Description
EPA Storm Water NPDES requirements and the TCEQ TPDES General Permit for Industrial Activities both make reference to "qualified personnel" as personnel provided by the permittee who are familiar with the SWP3, perform inspections, and are qualified to properly gather and evaluate information that is required to be submitted (sampling and analysis).
Recommended: Stormwater Management: Permitting and Regulatory Overview (ENV214), or knowledge in industrial storm water TPDES/NPDES requirements.

- Performing periodic & comprehensive inspections
