Description

Stormwater Construction siteFailure to meet stormwater requirements on construction sites may result in significant fines. Stay informed and current in your ability to perform these important inspections. A Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWP3) is a sediment and erosion control plan that describes all of the construction site operator’s activities to prevent stormwater contamination, control sedimentation and erosion, and comply with the requirements of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) construction general permit.
