PRT107 - Behavior Based Safety, an Introduction - 15.00 Hours

Description

Psychology influences every aspect of our lives, including our behavior and attitudes towards safety. This course develops the skills necessary to develop, administer, and maintain a behavior based safety program. Methods of identifying environmental hazards and at-risk behaviors will be discussed. The course will explore intervention techniques to at-risk behavior and methods of proper recognition of "safe work practices" by employees.

Designed for safety professionals who need to know how to prevent accidents through behavior-based safety.
