OSHA and safety trainingCreate a happy, productive, and safe workforce by applying the science of behavioral change to your workplace. Psychology influences every aspect of our lives, including our behavior and attitudes towards safety. This course develops the skills necessary to develop, administer, and maintain a behavior based safety program. Participants will discuss the methods of identifying environmental hazards and at-risk behaviors, and then explore intervention techniques and methods of proper recognition of "safe work practices" by employees.
