PRT129 - Advanced Accident Investigation - 32.00 Hours

None

Description

This course is designed to help participants conduct accident investigations that will stand up in court. Participants will calculate accident cost, prepare and analyze accident reports, compare the results of interview techniques and eyewitness reports, discuss systems for cause analysis, discuss the process of closing out and following up on an accident investigation, and investigate accidents of various complexity. Legal issues and defense against litigation will be addressed.

Any person performing or responsible for the performance of accident investigations. OSHA 7505 (OSH755), Introduction to Accident Investigation, is good preparation but is not required.
