Course Description
EOT228 - Demining - 50.00 Hours
Prerequisites
Successful completion of the TEEX UXO Tech Level I CourseDescription
TEEX / ISSEE offers this 5 day course is as a follow-on for graduates of the UXO Tech Level I Course and will provide personnel with the knowledge required to enable them to carry out demining procedures and clearance operations, under supervision, in accordance with International Mine Action Standards. On successful completion of the course the individual will receive TEEX / ISSEE and City & Guilds certification to provide them the opportunity to work abroad.
Students will have an introduction to dangerous area marking, detectors and locator equipment. Mine action search tools, procedures, clearance techniques will be included in this training.

Audience
Potential students for the Demining course must be in good physical condition. They must be capable of safely operating under stressful conditions and hazardous environments.
