During the course, participants receive specialized training focused on the development, maintenance, and continuing sustainability of property using the tools and resources established through the IPMC. Students are also provided with an in-depth understanding of all minimum standards regulations necessary to maintain quality of life specific to structures and property. The IPMC, established by the International Code Council (ICC), has been adopted throughout the United States and internationally.
