Description

Street and Zoning ImageThe International Zoning Code course provides training designed to prepare industry professionals for final proficiency testing through the International Code Council (ICC). During the course, participants receive information surrounding uniform zoning ordinances and consistent application of model code regulations necessary to safeguard the public health and safety in all communities. The course targets code officers, building code officials, city planners, and developers with responsibility for uniformity and consistency in zoning for state and local facilities. Once the course is completed participants will have met all requirements necessary to schedule and sit for final certification testing arranged through ICC.
