The Hazardous Materials and Waste Shipping course provides students with critical information surrounding the safe shipment of hazardous materials and wastes by ground transportation. The course focuses on training requirements specific to U.S. DOT HazMat regulations (49 CFR Part 172, Subpart H) and helps employers meet their Hazardous Material Employee training requirements.
There are no prerequisites for this course.
Participants should have a practical knowledge of chemistry for environmental professionals.
