The Leadership and Supervision I course helps current and future supervisors develop the knowledge, skills, and abilities to oversee non-managerial employees. After successfully completing this course, participants will be able to both identify and demonstrate the qualities associated with leadership and supervision utilizing techniques and proven problem-solving strategies necessary to address common personnel challenges.
