The Leadership And Supervision II course provides participants with supervisory responsibilities focused training designed to help identify key elements of supervision, techniques for handling challenging personnel issues, employee reviews, team-building strategies, coaching methods, and proven strategies designed to increase the performance of all operational staff members.
There are no prerequisites for this course.
Students should have a minimum of one year supervisory work experience and basic training in the area of Leadership and Supervision.
