The Introduction to Electrical Codes course introduces participants to both the National Electrical Code (NEC) and National Electrical Safety Code (NESC). During training, students utilize both code standards for proper installation of electrical equipment in a home or office setting and receive instructor-led guidance on the steps necessary to locate individual codes specific to installations using instructional materials provided. As participants become more familiar with the process, group search scenario activities are used to help create proficiency.
