Why are leaders important to the success of an organization? Leadership is essential to business, government, and to agencies and organizations around the world. Engaged leaders help make an organization successful and help to develop the next generation of leaders. Participants will learn ways to improve their leadership skills as well as their emotional intelligence. This course will provide the participant with an awareness of the five leader behaviors that employees expect of their leaders as well as the ability to identify areas within themselves that they can take action on to become a better leader.
