The Customer Service Inspector course prepares participants to provide continuous water service to new construction, existing service with the potential for cross-connection, or after any material improvement, correction or addition to the private water distribution. Participants successfully completing this course will have met all requirements to sit for the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) Customer Service Inspector (CSI) license exam.
There are no prerequisites for this course.
