National

National Emergency Response and Rescue Training Center

A member of the National Domestic Preparedness Consortium, was established in 1998 by the U.S. Congress​

OSHA Training Institute Education Center

Established by the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration as an extension of the OSHA Training Institute.​

State

Texas Manufacturing Assistance Center

TMAC is a member of the NIST Manufacturing Extension Partnership. TMAC assists small to mid-size manufacturers improve their business and the economy through training and technical assistance related to plant layout, lean manufacturing, quality standards, and business practices.


Texas A&M University System Board of Regents-Approved

Integrative Center for Homeland Security

established in 2002, an umbrella organization established for integrating the homeland security activities occurring across the Texas A&M University System.​

Knowledge Engineering Center

established in 1999, provides information solutions through training and information technology systems.​

Frank M. Tejeda Center for Excellence in Environmental Operations

Established in 2000 with funding from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to improve public health and quality of life in U.S. Mexico border communities by enhancing water and wastewater utility operations.​

Agency Initiatives

Product Development Center

established in 2007 to provide research-driven product development soutions from real-world experts.​

Center for School Safety and Security

established in 2010, provides violence prevention and school safety-related training and technical assistance.​
