  • Lobdell to lead National Emergency Response and Rescue Training Center

Harrison “H” Lobdell III has been named division director of the TEEX National Emergency Response and Rescue Training Center (NERRTC). He replaces Jim Thyne, who has been promoted to Associate Agency Director.

Lobdell joined TEEX in 2001 and has served as program manager for executive programs such as the Senior Officials Workshop and the Mayoral Institute for Weapons of Mass Destruction and Terrorism Response. With 30 years of experience in the U.S. Army, Lobdell has an extensive background in command and control planning, training and force protection, including chemical, biological and radiological agents.

A graduate of the U.S. Military Academy, Lobdell achieved the rank of colonel and served at all levels of command, including brigade commander. He also served as chief of staff for the 25th Infantry Division before retiring.
