  • Military firefighters train at Brayton Fire Training Field

A group of military firefighters from the U.S. Army 463rd Firefighters detachment from Houston is undergoing a month-long training session at TEEX’s Brayton Fire Training Field in College Station. These soldiers are the first to train at TEEX with the new, state-of-the-art M1142 tactical firefighting trucks. The detachment has tested the all-wheel-drive fire engines on live-fire scenarios at Brayton’s Aircraft Rescue & Firefighting prop.
