  • TEEX Employees Volunteering with Second Annual Habitat for Humanity Partnership

Nearly 20 Texas Engineering Extension Service (TEEX) employees will be volunteering for Habitat for Humanity during the organization’s 2007 Corporate Challenge Saturday, March 3, in Bryan.

The TEEX employees will be working throughout the day to install and caulk trim as part of Habitat for Humanity’s mission in providing deserving families with affordable housing.

The project is part of TEEX’s Shining Stars across Texas Program, in which employees are encouraged to volunteer and give back to their communities throughout the course of four annual volunteer opportunities.

TEEX, a member of The Texas A&M University System, offers hands-on, customized training, technical assistance and emergency response services impacting Texas and beyond. Agency programs include fire services, homeland security, public safety and security, public works, safety and health, search and rescue and economic development.
