Lecture materials coupled with exercises that allow participants to practice implementation. The course contains two production simulations – the first a traditional, functional factory layout. The second using a cellular design developed by the participants using information gathered in the exercises.

I am grateful for the opportunity TEEX gave me to fast track through a paramedic program… TEEX has an extremely demanding curriculum but it is possible to make it through as long as you’re willing and able to have the self-discipline to study every day.
