Course Description

With this online class the students will be able to identify some of the basic concepts for disinfection and use the appropriate disinfectant while following safety guidelines and providing a reduction of the level of pathogens exposures in their communities; as a recorded session this class will be available anytime on the TEEX website.

This class makes special emphasis in SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) rated disinfectants and proper uses.

There are no prerequisites for this course.

Course Completion Requirements

To complete this course, you are required to have a computer with internet access and able to receive audio and video; participants are expected to view the main module in its entirety.

This course must be completed within 30 days of enrollment.

Attendance Requirements

Class attendance is an essential part of the education process and participants in TEEX courses are expected to attend all class sessions and field exercises. This course requires participants to attend a minimum of 80% of the class hours as a component of successful course completion. During the course, your instructor will review any additional attendance requirements, for example a field exercise that cannot be missed
