  • Eight TEEX employees honored with Distinguished Service Awards

Eight TEEXans received Distinguished Service Awards at Director Robert L. Smith’s State of TEEX address on Tuesday, Dec. 14, at Rudder Theater on the Texas A&M University campus.

Receiving the agency’s highest employee honor were Mamie Brewer of Public Safety & Security; Billy Green of the Emergency Services Training Institute; Arlisa Hrncir of National Emergency Response and Rescue Training Center; Howard McCann of the Engineering, Utilities and Public Works Training Institute; Pat Murphy of the Emergency Services Training Institute; Mark Posada of TEEX Operations; Roy Robinson of the Engineering, Utilities and Public Works Training Institute; and Stacey Toney of TEEX Financial Services.

For more than 20 years, the Distinguished Service Award has embodied the true essence of being a TEEXan, recognizing attributes such as honesty, loyalty, integrity, dedication, hard work, selfless service and a positive attitude.
