TechBridge Newsletter Unites Technology, Industry

7/18/2000 12:00 AM

TechBridge, the quarterly newsletter of the Mid-Continent Technology Transfer Center (MCTTC), a NASA Regional Technology Transfer Center, and the Mid-Continent Federal Laboratory Consortium (FLC) features federal technologies ripe for commercialization.

Technology opportunities, primarily from NASA centers and federal laboratories, are found within the newsletter. Each issue includes three or more of the following technology areas: advanced materials, biotechnology and pharmaceuticals, chemicals, communications and photonics, electronics hardware, energy and environmental, manufacturing and automation, medical, software, test and measurement, and transportation and defense.

The technologies aren't collected hodge-podge-new with old, groundbreaking with outdated. They are, instead, survivors of a selection process as strenuous as a Marine boot camp, scrutinized by a TechBridge panel of technology experts from MCTTC.

The front page features a character sketch of one of the technology industry areas highlighted in that issue-its scope, current status and future potential. If you are interested in subscribing, please call the MCTTC at 1-800-472-6785.
