TEEX employs a variety of professionals who work together to make a difference in our local and national communities. Whether behind the scenes or in the trenches, TEEX values the contributions each member makes as we work together to provide training, develop practical solutions, and save lives.

  • Administrative and Customer Support

    ​Our Administrative and Customer Support teams play a key role in our client interface needs. This group offers program information, assists students with course registration, and supports our programs with course delivery logistics. These employees quickly adapt to our client expectations to ensure we provide distinguished customer support.

  • Business, Finance, and Contracts

    Our business and finance teams perform a full range of activities, including accounting, travel processing, budgets, reporting and analysis. These employees contribute to the fiscal needs and stewardship of the agency.

    Our Contracts team is devoted to researching, evaluating, and drafting proposals, grants, and contracts to ensure the agency finds the best funding opportunities.

  • Certification

    Our Certification team is devoted to ensuring our clients meet certification standards. They determine certification eligibility, assess curriculum, and coordinate testing efforts to ensure our students receive accurate, compliant certifications in their response fields.

  • Communication and Marketing

    Our Communication and Marketing teams utilize their creative skills to design and develop outstanding communication resources in print, digital, and audio forms. Whether they are representing the agency or our division programs, they bring life to the vision of their customers.

  • Curriculum

    ​Our Curriculum teams consist of skilled Instructional Design Specialists, Technical Writers, and Multimedia Specialists who work together to build and maintain world-class training courses. They work closely with program subject matter experts to design and modify new and existing course curriculum both online and in the classroom.

  • Facilities and Training Support

    Our Facilities and Training Support teams keep our training deliveries safe and task-oriented by maintaining our training props, buildings, and special equipment. They provide training support needs so that our Instructional staff can deliver training without disruption. This team consists of a group of technicians in Facilities Maintenance Construction, Training Support, Logistics, and Specialty Equipment Mechanics.

  • Information Technology

    Our Information Technology teams support the agency by enhancing productivity and improving communication through innovative implementation, network use and support, information systems, and other computing technologies.

  • Instruction and Training

    Our Instructional and Training staff provide expert subject matter training in a variety of technical fields. Fire and emergency services, rescue, safety, law enforcement, public services, cyber security, and economic and workforce development are some of the skilled training services we provide to the community and company responders nationwide.
