The Hands-On HAZWOPER for Cleanup Operations course is designed to meet the "hands-on performance of work tasks" requirements for 40-hour Cleanup Operations training under 29 CFR 1910.120(e). The use of hands-on training and exercises provides participants with an opportunity to become familiar with the equipment and safe practices while operating in a non-hazardous setting. During training, students are provided an opportunity to don personal protective equipment while practicing under simulated circumstances.

Complete an OSHA physical examination in accordance with 29 CFR §1910.120 and 29 CFR §1910.134.
