The Electric Power Line Reconductoring course provides participants with training specific to the proper setup and use of power line reconductoring tools, equipment, and machines necessary to safely perform a reconductor operation on a three-phase overhead distribution system. At the completion of this course, participants will able to identify safe work procedures, apply proper grounding techniques, safely position aerial devices, layout conductors, install dollies and operate tension rigs when installing a new conductor.
