This course is designed to provide a clear definition of the role of first responders in arson detection and provide essential knowledge to enable them to recognize the potential of intentionally set fires, preservation and protection of evidence, and properly report information of appropriate officials.
There are no prerequisites for this course.
To meet NFA attendance requirements, participants must complete each training module and complete all required course assignments, activities, quizzes, and/or end of course exam. Exceptions may be discussed with lead instructor.
