The Telephone Systems, Installation, and Repair course (previous course title, Station Installation and Repair) provides participants with responsibility for installation and repair of telecom network stations opportunities to familiarize themselves with all facets of station installation surrounding not only service orders and equipment installation but troubleshooting techniques and opportunities for network improvements using industry best practices.
There are no prerequisites for this course.
Class attendance is an essential part of the education process and participants in TEEX courses are expected to attend all class sessions and field exercises. This course requires participants to attend a minimum of 80% of the class hours as a component of successful course completion. During the course, your instructor will review any additional attendance requirements, for example a field exercise that cannot be missed.

It is recommended, but not required, participants have an understanding surrounding basic electricity telephony and related industry concepts.
