Course Description

This course equips participants with the knowledge and skills to adapt leadership styles, apply emotional intelligence, and implement the WeCare leadership model to effectively lead teams. Learners will explore how self-awareness, relationship management, and leadership adaptability influence performance, communication, and engagement. Through practical application, participants will strengthen their ability to lead with empathy, accountability, and purpose in dynamic environments.

There are no prerequisites for conferences or symposiums

Course Completion Requirements

Participants must provide information for all required fields, including their U.S. citizenship/permanent resident information, in addition to meeting all other attendance and course completion requirements. If this information is not provided, the participant will be considered incomplete and will not receive a certificate of completion.

Participant Must Provide

  • Meet all attendance requirements.
  •  A photo identification on the first day of class. See the TEEX

  •  PPE must be NFPA-approved. See the
    Student Safety Manual
    to review PPE requirements for level.

Attendance Requirements

Class attendance is an essential part of the education process and participants in TEEX courses are expected to attend all class sessions and field exercises. This course requires participants to attend a minimum of 80% of the class hours as a component of successful course completion. During the course, your instructor will review any additional attendance requirements, for example a field exercise that cannot be missed
