President, Electric Grid Cybersecurity Alliance

John Miri is a 25-year technology and cybersecurity veteran who launched the Electric Grid Cybersecurity Alliance in 2022 after serving as Chief Administrative Officer at LCRA, a $1.1 billion public electric and water utility. Miri led the successful turnaround of 22 divisions of LCRA and pioneered the utility’s approach to cybersecurity. He built a world-class cybersecurity team that successfully repelled billions of cyber-attacks. Miri also currently serves as CEO of Bedrock Strategy Group, where he advises innovative leaders around the world.

Cybersecurity Risk Consultant, Texas Association of Counties

Brandon Armstrong is currently the Cybersecurity Risk Consultant for the Texas Association of Counties. He works to advise and train counties on cybersecurity throughout the state. Prior to working with TAC he was the Cybersecurity Analyst for a Managed Service Provider based in Boston, MA. He was responsible for the cybersecurity audits and monitoring for over 35 businesses. He has obtained the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from (ISC)2 and the Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) from ISACA., both are industry standards that speak to his experience with securing and auditing systems.

President, InfraGard San Antonio Members Alliance

Bob Janusaitis has 40 years of experience in IT cybersecurity incident response and is an expert in forming collaborations among local, state and national partners to ensure the protection of critical infrastructure. Bob is the President of the InfraGard San Antonio Members Alliance, a cooperative effort between the U.S. Government, the FBI, and San Antonio-area businesses and agencies dedicated to increasing U.S. infrastructure security. Previously, he was an Emergency Service District Commissioner in Harris County, Texas, where he was directly involved in emergency operations during Hurricanes Katrina, Ike and Harvey.

Cybersecurity State Coordinator of Texas, Cybersecurity Infrastructure Security Agency

Ernesto Ballesteros is the Cybersecurity State Coordinator for the State of Texas at the Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency in Region 6, which serves Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas, spanning almost 546,498 square miles across 503 counties and parishes and 68 tribal and Pueblo nations. He is the principal point of contact for non-federal entities to engage with the U.S. Government on cybersecurity matters. Previously, he served as the State Cybersecurity Coordinator and Chair of the Texas Cybersecurity Council at the Texas Department of Information Resources.
