Course Description

Firefighters regularly use a variety of equipment including power plants, powered equipment, and fire hose.  Equipment and hose require regular maintenance and testing to ensure that they will function properly when needed.  This course offers 4 CE hours covering equipment maintenance procedures, and service testing fire hose.  This course offers an interactive practice session and a module quiz based off IFSTA Essentials of Firefighting 7th edition.  This course satisfies: NFPA 1001 5.5.4, 5.5.5

Students are expected to use the Essentials of Firefighting, 7th Edition Manual
