Course Description

Stress is unavoidable, but burnout doesn’t have to be. Discover simple, effective tools for building resilience through nutrition, sleep, movement, mindfulness practices, and herbal approaches that support balance and well-being.

Prerequisites

There are no prerequisites for this course.

Course Completion Requirements

Participants must provide information for all required fields, including their U.S. citizenship/permanent resident information, in addition to meeting all other attendance and course completion requirements. If this information is not provided, the participant will be considered incomplete and will not receive a certificate of completion.

Participant Must Provide

  • A photo identification on the first day of class. See the Participant Handbook for approved forms of identification and additional guidelines.

Attendance Requirements

To meet attendance requirements, participants must review each training module and complete all required course assignments, activities, quizzes, and/or end of course exam.

  • Any individual, regardless of profession, who experiences stress

This course is offered online through Zoom as a Live Online Instructor-Led Training event. Please consult this page regarding training event requirements.
