Accessibility Policy
The Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service (TEEX) is committed to ensuring that all digital content on this website is accessible. TEEX is also committed to remaining up to date on accessibility requirements, techniques, and tools to maintain and increase usability of the digital resources. Enables everyone, including people with disabilities, equal access to information for our programs, services, and activities.
As a member agency of The Texas A&M University System, TEEX complies with the A&M System Accessibility of Digital Resources policy. The System policy adheres to standards set forth by the Texas Administrative Code (TAC) rules in Chapter 206 and Chapter 213. These TAC rules align with the federal accessibility standards of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title II and Section 504 / Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 which reference the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) technical standards.
To improve the accessibility of our web site, we periodically test digital content with monitoring software, screen readers, and other tools.
