Why are leaders important to the success of an organization? Leadership is essential to organizations around the world. Engaged leaders help make an organization successful and help to develop the next generation of leaders. The most successful organizations do not always recruit great leaders, they grow their own. They invest in their development to such a level that a pool of prepared and engaged talent is available to step into critical positions and responsibilities when the time comes. Quality service can only be delivered if employees are engaged, trained, and prepared to do their jobs. Employees are able to deliver an outstanding service experience and achieve measured results when leaders effectively lead their teams. Participants will learn ways to improve their leadership skills as well as their emotional intelligence. This course will provide the participant with an awareness of the five leader behaviors which employees expect of their leaders.
