- Access your account and courses at https://my.teex.org
- Ensure that the email address used to create your portal account is correct.
- Check your “spam” and “trash” folders.
- If your email address has extensions like .gov or .org, it may take up to 30 minutes to receive the verification code due to heightened security settings.
- When registering as a ‘New Participant,’ the system will generate a TEEX ID only after your first course registration is completed.
- This unique ID links to your student records and can be used for course registrations and other related benefits.
- You can find your TEEX ID in the ‘My Profile’ tab of your myTEEX student portal account.
- Please ensure that you have completed the verification process. If your account still appears locked after completing the verification, follow the instructions provided on the login screen. - If you used your work email address on a form during the class but registered your student portal account with a personal email address, our system may not recognize them as belonging to the same person.
- If someone else enrolled you in the course, it’s possible that only one email address was provided, which may prevent our system from automatically locating your account. Please contact the Office of Student Records at (979) 458-6833 or via email at [email protected] for assistance.
- If you are unable to see your history after logging in, it means that your TEEX history has not yet been “mapped” to your myTEEX student portal account.
- If you are unable to see all your history after logging in, it may be due to having multiple TEEX IDs that need to be merged. We can assist you with this. Please contact the Office of Student Records at (979) 458-6833 or via email at [email protected].
- This may indicate that we have multiple email addresses on file or no email address associated with your account. We can assist you with this. Please contact the Office of Student Records at (979) 458-6833 or via email at [email protected].
- You can click on ‘Forgot password’ to receive a password reset link sent to your email address. If you do not receive the reset email within a minute, please verify that you have entered the correct email address or check your spam folder. - This may indicate that an invalid email address was entered.
