TEEX CSHO Grandfather Clause

Once a student has started work on a specific TEEX CSHO track, the student is exempt from any new TEEX CSHO course requirements (with the exception of new OSHA Training Institute and/or regulatory agency rules, standards, and requirements). The student may choose to adopt the new TEEX CSHO course requirements (where applicable and allowable). Students should review their training plan(s) with TEEX prior to applying for program graduation.
