Course Description
DOP200 - NFPA 1002 Driver/Operator - Mobile Water Supply - 40.00 Hours
Prerequisites
Description
This course is designed to provide emergency responders with the skills and knowledge required for certification to Driver/Operator-Mobile Water Supply as described in chapter 10, "Mobile Water Supply Apparatus" of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 1002, Standard for Fire Apparatus Driver/Operator Professional Qualifications (2009 edition). Upon successful completion of this course, participants will be able to operate a mobile water supply apparatus during emergency situations. In addition, participants who successfully complete the course and pass the written and skills test will receive a National Board on Fire Service Professional Qualifications (Pro Board) national certification.
