Please note: Refunds for cancellations will be processed according to the TEEX standard refund policy, which can be found at https://teex.org/policies/refunds/. Cancellation requests must be received in writing before the start of the event. No-shows, those who do not attend and did not send a written cancellation request before April 1, 2025, will not receive a refund, and those who registered using a purchase order will be invoiced.
