Course Description
This hands-on, one-day workshop provides the background and skills necessary to lead effective Problem Solving teams. Participants will learn a structured, team-based, analytical approach to determine root causes, develop, and implement effective solutions.
The workshop is built around the 8D problem solving model (8 Disciplines) commonly used in many high production industries. Participants learn through a series of hands-on activities that are engaging and fun. The hands-on approach used in this workshop results in participants who not only learn a powerful problem solving approach, but are energized about tackling problems in their work area.

Course Completion Requirements
Participant Must Provide
- a photo identification on the first day of class. See the Participant Handbook for approved forms of identification and additional guidelines.
Attendance Requirements
Class attendance is an essential part of the education process and participants in TEEX courses are expected to attend all class sessions and field exercises. This course requires participants to attend a minimum of 80% of the class hours as a component of successful course completion. During the course, your instructor will review any additional attendance requirements, for example a field exercise that cannot be missed
