Course Description
Engage in the foundations of developing and maintaining positive employee relationships. Focusing on relationships with your team is paramount to preventing problems and essential for eliciting employees’ loyalty and cooperation.
Explore conflict resolutions strategies for when problems do arise. Job Relations teaches a proven method of getting the facts, weighing options, deciding, taking action, and checking results.
Gain the benefits of job relations excellence in increased productivity, improved attendance, better morale, and higher employee retention rates.
This training event will meet two hours per day over five consecutive days.

There are no prerequisites for this course.
Course Completion Requirements
Participant Must Provide
- a photo identification on the first day of class. See the Participant Handbook for approved forms of identification and additional guidelines.
Attendance Requirements
Class attendance is an essential part of the education process and participants in TEEX courses are expected to attend all class sessions and field exercises. This course requires participants to attend a minimum of 80% of the class hours as a component of successful course completion. During the course, your instructor will review any additional attendance requirements, for example a field exercise that cannot be missed
