The Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S) Refresher course provides credentialed instructors with updated information specific to this hazardous gas. Once the refresher course is completed, participants will have met all requirements necessary to retain their H2S instructor credential.
OSHA Certification/Licensing Requirement
Participants must show evidence of completion of the TEEX Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S) Instructor Development (PRT106) course within the last three years prior to registering for this course.
This prerequisite may be accomplished by uploading a copy of the documents during registration using the TEEX Student Portal. Once received and approved, the participant will be notified by email they have met all prerequisites and have been added to the class roster. All documentation is due at least 14 business days prior to the start of class.
Class attendance is an essential part of the education process and participants in TEEX courses are expected to attend all class sessions and field exercises. This course requires participants to attend a minimum of 100% of the class hours as a component of successful course completion. During the course, your instructor will review any additional attendance requirements, for example a field exercise that cannot be missed.
