Course Description
The Edinburg Fire & Public Safety Academy is held each Spring (for 4 weekends), with specialty classes held during the week in Edinburg, Texas and is sponsored by the Edinburg Fire Department. Various firefighting and rescue topics are offered in the core academy training blocks, there are also many specialty classes and National speakers. Class offerings and events vary from year to year.

Attendance Requirements
This course requires participants to attend a minimum of 80% of the class hours as a component of successful course completion. During the course, your instructor will review any additional attendance requirements.
