Annual Coastal Bend Hurricane Conference sponsored by the Coastal Bend Emergency Managers Association.
Previous conferences have welcomed over 1,000 participants representing the full range of local, state and federal governmental responders and policy makers, voluntary organizations, healthcare, private business and industry representatives. Our audience includes professionals ranging from those new to emergency preparedness, all the way to expert emergency managers, with many years of experience. This regional conference has had great success along the mid Texas Coast by ensuring full involvement of community stakeholders by providing high quality training and networking that is typically only available at more expensive, statewide and national level conferences.
