Course Description

Calculations paperwork The Water Utilities Calculations course provides participants with fundamentals surrounding the determination of flow level formulas, area and volume calculations, as well as water and wastewater treatment plant calculations. During the course, students are led through the basic steps required to determine these calculations and apply each to an overall system protocol linked to best practices reporting.

Prerequisites

There are no prerequisites for this course.

Course Completion Requirements

The student must provide:

Simple calculator with square root function. 

Attendance Requirements

Class attendance is an essential part of the education process and participants in TEEX courses are expected to attend all class sessions and field exercises. This course requires participants to attend a minimum of 100% of the class hours as a component of successful course completion. During the course, your instructor will review any additional attendance requirements, for example a field exercise that cannot be missed.
