Materials

  • Whiteboard or paper
  • Password creation rules (include length, special characters, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Teach rules for strong passwords.
  2. Have students create passwords using those rules.
  3. Use a free online tool (offline version or simulated) to estimate strength.
  4. Discuss why strong passwords are important.
