Use of Force

Appropriate use of force and de-escalation techniques are skills of the utmost importance to law enforcement and security professionals. Officers need to know and utilize safe, proper self-defense and handling techniques required of their profession to maintain safety for themselves and those they serve and interact with. Having the knowledge and skills to safely use these techniques is reinforced through hands-on, skills-based training experiences.
