TX-TF1 returns from response to flooding in Rio Grande Valley

Texas Task Force 1 (TX-TF1) demobilized after three days of search and rescue, evacuation and other life-safety operations in the Rio Grande Valley after heavy rains caused flooding in the region.

TEEX, Los Angeles Emergency Managers collaborate to bring incident management course to West Coast

TEEX and the City of Los Angeles have teamed up to offer the first-ever Enhanced All-Hazards Incident Management/ Unified Command Course (MGT-314) held outside of the Emergency Operations Training Center in College Station. The course was held at a specially retrofitted training center at the Port of Los Angeles.
