Nine earn US&R Rescue Specialist certificate from TEEX

Nine responders have received the US&R Rescue Specialist certificate from TEEX in 2015, bringing the total who have earned the professional designation to 74.

Basic Economic Development Course draws 62 participants

Sixty-two economic development professionals attended the Basic Economic Development Course in Galveston. The course is accredited by the International Economic Development Council (IEDC) and serves as a training requirement to sit for the Certified Economic Developer (CEcD) exam.
